Being physically active has huge benefits to us all. There is a vast amount of scientific evidence to suggest that when we move, it benefits our physical and mental health.
But we know that it can be hard to stay motivated or life gets in the way and our good intentions disappear.
My aim is to help you build health habits and develop a positive association to physical activity. I will support you at the beginning of the journey and throughout a defined duration, maintaining a level of physical activity which suits you.
