Sport & Performance Psychology
If you listen to any athlete talk about their performance, often they will speak about the mental aspect, how focused they were, how mentally tough it was, how their head wasn't in the game or just that “its all mental”.
The questions then comes, how mentally prepared are you? How much time do you spend investing in the mental aspect of your performance? How do you perform under pressure and how do you cope with competition?

Here the focus is on helping you become as mentally prepared as you are physically. Helping you understand yourself, how your thoughts, feelings, emotions and behaviour can all work together so you can be your best and meet your goals.
Cycling
From road to track, cyclocross to mountain biking, (XCO, XCC, XCM, DH), bike racing is an endurance sport and the longer the event, the greater the mental aspect becomes.
Working with all cycling format athletes to support them to mentally prepare and perform at their very best.
Running
Often seen as the purest of sports, just one person and a pair or trainers. From 5km to ultra distance, on road, track and trail - the best game plans can become undone in a moment if mental training is given the same preparation.
Individual Sports
Individual sport performance is all down to the individual, how well you prepare and how you interact with your environment and opponents. You can control how you react to these and place more control in your hands. Here my aim is to support you to perform at and become your best version.
Team Sports
In a team, the whole is greater than the individual, but the performance of individuals is what makes the whole team meet its potential. Here, I can support by assessing how individuals work within teams to analysing group dynamics. I look at how people learn and communicate in a team to ensure the whole team performs to its best.
